We stayed for 3 weeks in a deluxe interconnecting room and could not fault it. The room was great with everything you need. Staff were so beautiful, and breakfast was lovely. Lots of options and they will accommodate if required. The location is a fav of our’s - close to mini mart and great money charger across at the circle k. Close to good bars, cafes and our favorite beauty salon. The pool was lovely. I had read mixed reviews, but nothing to complain about from me. I will be back in a few months to enjoy again.

Beautifully presented resort, rooms were clean and well equipped with daily service. Balconies on all rooms with pool view. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 24 hour reception and security on site was reassuring. Romeos restaurant provided good breakfast which was included and we also went there for lunch and dinner or cocktails. You can also order poolside or room service from there. Staff were definitely a highlight nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this resort.

The saddest thing about this is leaving. There’s no fault. everything was perfect. The staff was awesome excellent location. Only two minutes walk to the beach a lot of shops around the Hotel very clean Hotel the stuff was super cool and really nice. The food was excellent.

10 days at the Ossotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, we were in room 308 which is on the third floor overlooking the pool. Bed is very comfortable, large shower with daily bottled water provided. Also provided with razor and shave cream, toothbrush and paste, loofah pad etc. Staff are fabulous, very friendly and the restaurant Romeos which is attached to the hotel serves excellent food. Portions are huge and had plenty of variety. Brilliant stay for our first visit to Bali, conveniently located for beach, shopping and for trips out to other parts of the island.

The Ossotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, amazing restaurants and shops. We booked our stay last minute and definitely weren’t disappointed. The Ossotel had everything we needed for a 10 day stay, the staff were amazing and the rooms and beds are so comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great stay with good AC, great location - walkable to most places with an alley through route at the back to the beach. Great bar attached to hotel with some live music in the evening and nice simple check in after a long flight. Brief stay but if in the area again we would go back!

Beautiful luxury rooms & beautiful staff who were accommodating to every need, and it was them who made our stay even more pleasurable! Hotel is central to everything. Short walk to beach & shops. Circle K nearby where money exchange rate was the best rate. Lovely restaurants all around. Would definitely come back. Pool is beautiful. Every single area of the hotel and pool were kept clean and tidy around the clock. Thank you to all the hard working, beautiful staff at the Ossotel.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Legian so close to everything including beach. Their driver picked us up at the airport. Clean, well appointed comfortable room - especially the bed, friendly staff and beautiful pool. Lots of quality restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the Ossotel to everyone!

Ossotel is an amazing hotel. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and they supply a lot of toiletries and extras supplies that I needed. The hotel is attached to Romeos which had some of the best food that I had on my trip! The hotel pool is so relaxing and serene and there is a secret walkway straight to the beach where Ossotel provides free beach chairs for guests which is so nice! Overall, my experience was incredible and I 10/10 highly recommend staying at Ossotel!!
