Beautiful luxury rooms & beautiful staff who were accommodating to every need, and it was them who made our stay even more pleasurable! Hotel is central to everything. Short walk to beach & shops. Circle K nearby where money exchange rate was the best rate. Lovely restaurants all around. Would definitely come back. Pool is beautiful. Every single area of the hotel and pool were kept clean and tidy around the clock. Thank you to all the hard working, beautiful staff at the Ossotel.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Legian so close to everything including beach. Their driver picked us up at the airport. Clean, well appointed comfortable room - especially the bed, friendly staff and beautiful pool. Lots of quality restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the Ossotel to everyone!

Ossotel is an amazing hotel. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable and they supply a lot of toiletries and extras supplies that I needed. The hotel is attached to Romeos which had some of the best food that I had on my trip! The hotel pool is so relaxing and serene and there is a secret walkway straight to the beach where Ossotel provides free beach chairs for guests which is so nice! Overall, my experience was incredible and I 10/10 highly recommend staying at Ossotel!!

Just an overnight stay as late flight in from Adelaide then onto Candidasa next day. Excellent location, friendly helpful staff. Most comfortable beds and pillows have had in Bali (6th visit to Bali). Many toiletries provided which was nice touch. Good blockout curtains surprisingly quiet for Legian as rooms down the side away from main road. Would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed at Ossotel hotel in a wonderful pool room with direct access to their amazing pool, which was great for laps and cooling off. Room was large and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were so helpful & welcoming. Great location to many amenities and a short walk to the beach. Loved my stay and can’t wait to return soon

Super friendly, great service all round, door boys must have a mention, reception staff also, they ensure a quick and easy checkin, restaurant staff and food is of a very high standard, pool room is fab, room has all the amenities, nice touches, comfortable beds. Location is great, hotel backs onto the beach which can be accessed easily. Won’t disappoint.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Location is perfect, close to everything you need, shops, markets and bars all within a short walking distance. Rooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable then to open your back door straight onto the pool - divine! Will definitely be staying there again.

Great accomodation in a good position for shops, beach etc. Fabulous staff, so friendly and helpful and enjoyed seeing their smiling faces everyday. Romeos, the restaurant is amazing. The food was the best. Pool a little on the cool side for me but would always recommend Ossotel.

We chose a poolside room and it did not disappoint. Well appointed rooms and very friendly and attentive staff. The only minor issue we had was the shower door wouldn’t close but a bit of MacGyver wisdom and we found a fix. The rooms are very quiet once the balcony door is shut. Aircon works a treat. Housekeeping staff are awesome and the front desk people were always smiling and happy to help.
