Highly recommend this hotel. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Amenities were great, room was of a good clean standard and comfortable. And the location a perfect 10/10. Also has close access to beach off the property. The breakfast and restaurant was always great with lots of variety to choose from.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was lovely. Close to everything. The walk to the beach thru a small alleyway is very cool! Highly recommend. We really liked Legian area, can walk to hundreds of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than 5 minutes away.

The hotel is located in a busy area Legian but once we stepped in the hotel, it was very nice and quiet. Bed room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We could walk everywhere around and beyond. Breakfast: we had to order from the menu which was delicious and plenty to choose. The reception staff were very helpful to your enquiries and can book taxi for you to go places.

We had an amazing stay at the Ossotel, with the best service I personally have had for years at a hotel. Terrific location. The staff were fantastic, helpful, polite, and genuinely beautiful people. Nothing was too much trouble. They even organised an emergency dentist for us. The restaurant and bar were also great. I can highly recommend the Ossotel. Well done staff and management.

Loved this hotel. Staff were amazing, always greeting you when they see you and that was all staff. Great breakfast, staff tempered us and brought us our tea in the morning. Great clean rooms, we had pool access rooms and absolutely loved them!

We stayed in a pool access room for 10 nights and it really doesn't get any better than that. Such a wonderful experience to be able to jump straight into the water from your balcony. Room was cleaned every day and staff are very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Lovely 6 night stay at the Ossotel. This is our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. We had a pool access room which we loved. The room is cool, clean and comfortable with good air con and wifi. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The location is great with easy access to everything including a very short stroll to the beach. Would stay again.

I love staying at the Ossotel. The Hotel is so clean and the staff are amazing. The food and drinks at Romeos are some of the best in Legian. This was my 4th stay at the Ossotel, and as a solo traveller, I feel very safe staying there. The location is amazing!! I will be back! Thank you to the entire team at the Ossotel x

Great location in legian, plenty of good restaurants nearby. a short walk to the beach, staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble, the room was nice and the pool was inviting. I would recommend and stay again.

Bed & pillows were so comfortable. Rooms are clean and modern. Romeos Restaurant has nice food. Close walk to the beach, shopping and spas. Excellent value for money. Pool water was cool and refreshing.
